I was digging again through my archives and found this set of images I shot back in July of 2007 during a trip to Lima. This was during the Wong Independence Day Parade that ran through Miraflores. Funny, when I was a kid I remember the July 28 parades were always big Military affairs with The Armed Forces showing all their might. It’s refreshing to see how far Peru has made it in 3 decades…
